Each workspace has its own unique character retained from these lovely barns. Coupled with a contemporary approach to the requirements of modern business, the barns are complemented by central toilet and shower facilities, bicycle storage and bike (or dog!) wash down area. Enjoy your coffee, lunch or meeting under the shade of the apple trees in the orchard amidst the Devon countryside.

Workspace #1
A beautiful former apple pressing barn enjoying a vaulted ceiling and huge glazed doors looking out over the orchard. The former base of our resident fine cider producers; Find & Foster.
Workspace #2
One of our mezzanine barns with loads of natural daylight, a feature brick screen and a sweeping staircase finished with reclaimed elm treads. A tractor workshop reborn.
Workspace #3
This one arguably boasts the finest section of the original oak framed roof which has been left fully exposed, timber pegs and all. The second of our mezzanine barns on 2 levels.
Workspace #4
This former single stable is small in size but big in character with original feature red sandstone wall, french doors leading out to the orchard and your own front door. You won’t find this in a serviced office multi storey!
Workspace #5
The old stable block features a front door leading off the cobbled archway and retains the original brick arched feeding troughs. It comes with a covered yard area to the rear with dedicated access.

This quirky loft style space is one of our largest, offering a choice of views over the orchard, Little Huxham wood and the cobbled archway. A rather special reimagining of an old hay loft.
